Since the beginning, ive had issues with the one hour block.If a client tries to book for a certain day and time, and they out in all their info, but decide to not book and not put down their deposit, it blocks that time slot for an hour.Causing your clients to think that appointment is taken.The feature says its to “save” that appointment for them for the next hour, but theres no way to go back ...I recently had someone purposely book a bunch of fake appointments and cancelled them all, every day, couple times a day.. causing ppl to not be able to book.So for that reason, and no way of being able to stop them, or remove that feature , i must look for another site.Timely was my favorite, but that one problem made it bad. Hope it gets fixed, ill be back when it is

Recently they changed payment process companies and required payment info be updated. No matter how many times payment info was re-entered a pop up blocked the use of the app. Customer service seemed friendly, but didn’t seem to understand the severity of the matter. The app is just an ok way to track client service dates. Wouldn’t really recommend for much more than that. And if you ever have an issue, plan on ruining a whole day or two with back and forth emails.

I’d love to see notifications on my iPhone for this app. When people respond using the SMS text feature, I’d like to know right away rather than periodically having to check my desktop computer.

I’ve been using timely for 3 years and I am really happy with it. The software is complete as far as it goes to all the features that is required for booking and receiving payments. All the reports and clients profile are wonderful. Thank you and I will never go back as long as they keep it up and improving.
