Ok, so I’ve had the app for almost a week now. I absolutely love the aesthetics, the layout and all the information provided for you. I am however on the verge of deleting the app because of some issues. When I open the app, it says reeling in the middle for well over 5mins before I can do anything. Also, when I tap the center to view major/minor feeding times they are blank for several minutes. Then when I switch between viewing weather info or lures it says reeling for another 3-5mins before allowing me to do anything. This is extremely frustrating when I’m out fishing and need to gather information quickly but I’m forced to stand there and wait multiple times for things to load. Please, please resolve this issue. This is hands down my favorite app for fishing times and I do not want to go back to one of the many others I’ve used in the past but if I am forced to continue waiting and waiting, I will delete and go back. This app is sincerely great, and I highly recommend it to anyone out there. The info accuracy and weather accuracy is hands down the best. Accu weather is my one and only weather source and has been for many many years. Again, I love this app and don’t want to go back to garbage wanna be’s so please resolve these issues so I can continue using my app. Thank you ladies and gents for the time and for the effort to fix whatever the issues are. I know you guys will take care of it.

This is a preliminary review which I fully intend to update based on use during the 2 month membership trial. So my initial thoughts and observations are as follows. 1. First and most important in my mind, is Bass Fishing really this bad in Michigan?!?! I mean maybe the criteria for what counts as a “good” or “epic” day is slightly too high because I’ve been using the app for several weeks and have yet to see a day above a “fair” rating. I take that back. There was one day this past weekend when I looked at the app and it was giving July 2nd a good rating for one area but the next day it was gone and changed to fair. I get that the app relies on lunar phases and weather patterns (I assume), but typically when I see anything in life that is rated at “fair” I stay away. I want good or better. My worry is if take this app as the Gospel, I’d likely be doing less fishing. 2. Second area I’m struggling with the portion of the app that tells anglers what areas of the lake to focus on. I’ve been fishing for years but I don’t frequent forums or read scientific white papers on fishing terminology. So while a “secondary point” might seem like a term that every angler understands, for the novice angler it’s something that they’re left to research. If you could at least give a basic explanation it would help a person like me to grasp what areas you’re targeting. To expert anglers this might sound crazy that a novice doesn’t know all of the terminology but in my own personal opinion I don’t think an app like is targeted towards experts because most of this knowledge is something they already have.

Hi WRX. Welcome to the confusing and challenging world of bass fishing. We agree that you should not take this as gospel. It is simply a guide based on industry intel that helps you adapt to mother nature a little better. Think of it like improving your batting average. The best guide in the world may get you hitting the ball 1 or 2 more times out of 10, which is a nice improvement. But if you expect perfection, you will be disappointed. Just take 30 to 60 seconds before each trip to look at the data (ratings, times, suggested locations and baits) and make your own decisions. Don't get frustrated. Do this for a whole year (it is a very very small time investment) and I am betting you will gain confidence and become a better bass angler.
Was enjoying but something is wrong now

About 2 weeks ago the app completely stopped working for about three days. When it did start back working all of my saved lakes and information were gone. Then when it came back the country India was a saved as two lakes, which I did not save and I couldn’t delete them from my list of lakes. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Afterwards all my lakes and information returned and only one India lake was on my list. I live in Texas and have no reason to have the country India saved as a lake. I was finally able to delete it permanently. Now every couple days the app forces me re-sign up for the pro version which I paid for almost a year ago. Once I sign on, it recognizes that I’m already a pro member. Also the current condition in my area is spawn season. The app says summer currently and I keep having to change it to post spawn, which we aren’t in. This region is in spawn. Before I started having issues the app season didn’t match my region and I would have to change it. I was enjoying the app until this glitch. I’m worried about my information being compromised. My 12 months as a pro member is about to end and if these issues aren’t fixed I’m afraid I won’t be renewing my subscription. Also I mostly bank fish ponds, retention ponds and bank fish lakes. Is there an option where the app can read the ponds I fish in my area instead of the lakes?

Great information saves time lots of time!! Witch means more time fishing instead of trying to figure out what patterns are most consistent on any given day. Witch in turn just means more opportunities to catch more fish. The only thing I would like to see different would be more information for Anglers that fish river systems!!! What would really be amazing is if you could log in and select what specific species of Bass you are interested in fishing for that particular day such as Smallmouth!!! That’s the only thing I would like to see different but still a amazing App that helps even the most experienced anglers. I mean even pros practice for 3 days before a tournament. But at the end of the day anything that helps me spend more time fishing I am sold!! Great App if you are not using it you really should. I have been Bass fishing for the past 6 years almost every day if you are not learning something new every day or think you know all there is to know you are not fishing enough lol I have to say: Update everything above is accurate I removed this part of my review previous but this needs to be mentioned. I have been using the app for 3 years now and every time I renew it for a year 9.99 I have to send a email why you ask because the premium features lock after a day or two after payment and I have to provide all the information that I paid and take screenshots of this and that it just gets old and honestly I am really over it so this is the last time I renew my subscription. It’s just not worth all the time I have to waste. If you pay for something you should be able to use it no problem but this happens every time. Seriously going to ask for a refund and delete the app so buy premium features at your own risk!! This is why my review went from 5 stars to one
