This app was extremely helpful! I was recently home from university during my winter break, and I was unable to work at my on-campus job so I didn’t have a source of income. Since I had plans to catch up with my hometown friends, I needed money for going out. I was able to borrow some money just for the month to sustain my social life. By using Vola, I was able to let loose for a couple of weeks and not worry about school or money. Knowing myself, I would be able to pay it back once I started working again. The best feature on this app is that I was able to request an extension for my repayment date, which was a big help when I just got back into the swing of the school semester. I was able to repay my advance with no issues, and the app’s interface was easy to navigate. I did have questions about extending my repayment date, so I emailed them and got a response within a few hours. I will definitely be using Vola in the future!

I have had Vola for at least a year if not longer. The advance has always worked for me and I would have it deposited into my bank account. Well this past week I went to get another advance from Vola and it asked me did I want to get the advance transferred immediately over to my “vola virtual card”.. it also said it could be spent and used as a normal debit card and could be transferred to your digital wallet..(Apple Cash, Googlepay).. I have never used Vola’s virtual card nor have I ever used a digital wallet, however, I said I’ll give it a try. BIG MISTAKE! Literally within 5 minutes of receiving the advance to the Vola virtual card, I saw a charge pop up ON VOLA, ON THE APP, not in my digital wallet, because I hadn’t even had a chance to set that up or connect the card yet.. but the charge was for $106 dollars, which was nearly all of my advance that I had just received! The charge said “elastum simplex”.. I searched and it appears as though that is crypto currency. I reached out to Vola immediately.. not once.. not twice.. but three times and have yet to hear anything from them and also the charge is still appearing on Vola’s statement and it has rendered my advance completely useless and I absolutely refuse to pay back $106 that I never spent! Come on Vola. The card was obviously hacked from your app so it leads me to believe your app is not secure at all.. how could this even happen? And then it not be made right and you just ignore your paying customers??

I read that it could take up to 24 hours to reach my bank, but signed up for the 6.99 month Blue Sapphire tier which allows for $40 loan which i need by tomorrow. The sign up was simple and very similar to the Dave or Empower app. They don’t send your info to other loan companies. You deal with them directly after linking your bank and debit card. I absolutely recommend this app and my reviews on most things are usually negative ones. Great app. Get it. Don’t get Klover either. I tried it, and you have to earn points to get an advance in various ways. I got a $30 advance from them to be taken out on the 3rd of February, and they took it out earlier than that, which is why i needed this one. They actually did me a favor without knowing it. So yeah, this is simple. Don’t sign up for sites offering $200 to $5000 loans either. They will give your information to lenders who blow up your email and phone. I have a lot of unsubscribing to do now bc of that. Get this app. folks, I’m on disability and seem to always need some money at the end of the month. God Bless. Please, know that downloading this app is risky— from the quality of service you’ll get to the kind of advance you’ll have access to. If you need immediate support, do not rely on their claim written at the bottom of all of their automatic email responses: it is NOT guaranteed that they will reply to your email within 24 hours. When I finally received an email response from their team almost two days later, the team member hadn’t fully read my email to understand what I was asking for and so my issue was never resolved. I never tried their phone number because everyone who has left a review about their customer service phone line within the past year said they never answer the phone. If you pay the $20 subscription fee, there’s a chance you can get about $200 of an advance, but know that it’s a gamble because they base that off of a “score” they give you, and it seems a bit difficult to figure out how they determine that score. If you’re having a rough time with finances (trust me— I’ve been there) and looking for an app with service and services you can trust, just know what you’re getting into when downloading this app.
