For anyone having issues because the app no longer supports your device and you’re unable to update it, there is actually an entirely new app called GHome by Gamma Good which would support it.

The only way to get to an FAQ page to trouble shoot is after a failed attempt. Sure, this sounds fine, until you click out of it to try something but can’t get back to the page without wasting more time at another failed attempt. The written instructions and what is shown in the app aren’t even remotely similar. The only positive experience I’ve had with this company is knowing I didn’t buy more than what I originally was going to get and that I got it for 1/5th of the price (and even then, it was still a rip off). I wish more than anything that I had just burned my money because that would be a better experience than what I had with this company.

I purchased 2 Alexa enabled light switches. I tried 2 different apps from this company and nether of them could successfully set up the switch on my Wi-Fi network. I have other switches of a similar type but from another company right near that location and they have worked for years, I know I have a strong Wi-Fi signal there. The app keeps telling me to move the wall switch closer to the router, how am I supposed to move a wall??? I sent a message requesting help almost 2 months ago and still no reply. If it works I’m happy for you, if not return it immediately.

App was a pain to get set up to begin with, slow connection speed often causing the light to exit pairing mode before being able to connect. The app is no longer functional; the most you can do is turn lights on and off. When trying to access the panel to change the lighting color, I get hit with double pop-ups saying “Oops, the control panel has crashed”. Totally defeats the purpose of the light. App updated 6 years ago, so I don’t expect them to care about the issue. Don’t waste your money
