I recently downloaded the Tao Group app as I was going to visit a couple of their venues. I find the app user -friendly and cleverly designed. Earning rewards is easy and these add up, especially since the Tao Group has a lot of venues (primarily in NYC and Vegas). Also, right after I joined the Rewards Program, the Head of Customer Service reached out to me by email to welcome me and offer his help should I need it in the future. And when I found that some of my rewards points were missing and I did reach out to Customer Service, they were quick, courteous and efficient in taking care of my request.

I recently downloaded the tao rewards app since I am a frequent guest at the tao locations. The application is super user friendly and I have been able to use my rewards without a problem. Earning 5% back definitely adds up if you’re a regular or spending a significant amount at any of the tao properties. Eating out is not cheap but this comes with a nice incentive of $30 off your next visit when you use the app!!

Hi! I loved the Mac n cheese with a side of slab bacon (I asked for bacon and they made it happen)! The waiter hasn’t stopped smiling since he greeted me and then he offered me reward points! Sign me up! I didn’t know Lagasea was apart of Tao and other fine dining spots that I enjoyed when I lived in NYC. I look forward to continuing our dining experience but in Miami, closer to my new home. Thanks Lagasea! Keep my waiter… he rocks. I think his name is Anys. Cheers!

We were in Vegas for our friend’s 20th Wedding Anniversary. My wife and I booked a dinner at Tao and that ended up being the signature dinner for the weekend. Our service was exceptional the food was delicious and at the end we were brought a tasty giant fortune cookie with cream inside. I’ve been to Tao now about 6 times and I always leave a happy customer. Great place in NYC and Vegas!
