  • Love This for Condensing

    TheStreisandEffect

When I first purchased this app I had no idea just how useful it would become. A lot of times when I go on a trip or to an event I just want to "summarize" the memory without having to keep up with hundreds of photos. This app is perfect for keeping your photo collection condensed! What I've even started doing is creating 4 hi-def Diptic images of various designs and then recombining those 4 to one quad Diptic. Of course you don't want to do this with your artistic shots but for memories it's awesome!!! Cheers. And the expandable layouts are well worth the $.99 upgrade. I don't know why people complain about this. There's no rule of what "should have been" in the original app. The developers did additional work and deserve to be paid for it. When you pay for a meal you don't complain that the desert wasn't included in the price of the main course. Stop being silly.Update: Still the absolute best app for combining and condensing multiple photos into one and I'm glad to see it's still charting at the top!

  • Finally figured out a way around location services and got the old app back at the same time

As I have been very frustrated that I "lost" my favorite collage app after updating to the current version...and I don't use Instagram, so the "sqare" layouts were of no use to me, I found a way around it. I went into where my mobile apps are stored on my computer (this required syncing BEFORE the updates that now require Location Services to be turned on. I found "Diptic 5.5", and deleted everything after that from my computer. Then I deleted Diptic from my phone. Then I synced my iphone w/ iTunes and the older version was back on my phone. The "square" layouts were on my phone by default, but I took a chance to "purchase the expandable layout" and, lo and behold, it said I already owned them. (Go me!) So now I have my favorite Diptic app BACK on my phone...no Location services, and all the expandable layouts as before. Diptic...seriously, the location services requirement is a downside to some of us...I'm not sure why it's required, but please make it an option again.

  • Great app but missing a few major things

    yensid4him

I have used the paid version of this app for years and do really like it. However with the latest update, they seem to have removed a feature called “square padding” which I used quite frequently to make a vertical image into a square image with solid borders so that I didn’t have to crop it for Instagram or Poshmark. I really wish they would bring this feature back. There are lots of templates to choose from, but many of them are over-the-top crazy and weird designs, so much so that when you actually add photos to them, you really can’t see much of the photo itself. However, a really obvious common layout would be a square with one single 25% lower corner subset photo. It seems like one of the most obvious, simple, basic layouts, yet it’s not included! 🤯 I would rather have more practical everyday-use templates than silly palm trees or stars or ocean waves. Fix these two issues and I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars.

  • Love It, Hate It

I think I speak for everyone when I say I hate in app purchases. I mean I already paid for the app, so why ask me to pay again for other features that I expected to be in the app already? I don't know, it's clean, it's simple, there is a lot of options but I'm more than positive I will never use any of the other "bezels" that got included, I mean they are just weird. I would use them and recommend this app ONLY if you could change the aspect ratio (border) to something shorter rather then just the normal "Instagram" ratio. I say pass on this app, there is several apps out there that do the same thing for free. This just adds a simple look to it with a few tweaks that more than likely you will NEVER use. I would love it if I could change the aspect ratio, if I could I would rate it 5. Hey, maybe you listen or not, but here is an idea. How about making it available and instead of refunding who ever paid for that package, give them the "next big thing" for free or something. I'm a student who lives photography, so I need this app to work with what I want it to do, or else I just want a refund:/.

  • Issues as of late

    mauriceblitz

I have been using this app for a very long time for my small business. It is wonderful and it has been very useful. I am giving it five stars despite the real issue at the moment that I am experiencing. Lately, I've been having to reinstall the app over and over again. It is working fine, making my collages the way it should and then it crashes. I start it again and it just doesn't work. I tap and tap to choose images and it doesn't work. I am going to have to delete the app and reinstall it again. I hope this issue is fixed, as it is incredibly exasperating to have to do this over and over.

  • Simple App, but Fuzel is better

    Dman 92

I like this app because it's very simple, to the point and easy to use. I paid $1 for it when I got It a couple of months ago. The app offers some customization as it allows you to add filters and gives you many different photo templates to use from. It also allows you to choose b\t high res and low res picture qualities. Although I like this app, and I really liked it when I first bought it, there are now more Publishers getting in the Pic Frame arena and there is one app that I prefer over this one called Fuzel.. Check it out if you get the chance, although that app is for 1 dollar, it's much more creative and make your pics pop even better in my opinion ✌✌👌
