This app is amazing. I’m especially impressed with how progressive the program is. Its user friendly, has built in tools (progress tracking etc), plethora of workout options along with diet planning, and much more. I appreciate the app and find it very helpful while working towards my goals. Its been a great addition to my routine.
Viewing is difficult
Everything is VERY DARK- background is dark, Derrick dresses i. Dark cloths- i have trouble reading the script-

Better Apps Available
Don’t waste your time or money on the subscriptions. Overpriced and not worth the money for the same workouts they post on instagram.
