Between my collegiate and professional careers, I have been trying to improve my mechanics for over a decade now. Never have I had a more comprehensive, clear and consistent path to improvement than when working with 4APP. While using this app, I have developed a better understanding of my mechanics and am now able to review my own mechanics to make adjustments. This app develops you as a player, but also gives you the tools to become your own pitching coach, which is crucial to sustained success in this sport. I would recommend this app to any pitcher looking to improve. It is worth every penny.
