I have been on this website before, and it my favorite of favorites when it comes to recipes. Simply because the recipes are in metric. I live in Kentucky, but am sooooooooo ready for the United States to go metric. I purchase meals from a delivery service called Home Chef, for two people, three times a week, which gives me six meals a week, leaving me with one meal to purchase and cook on my own. I can’t begin to tell you how sick and tired I am of years of measuring cups and spoons. I’ve got a small kitchen metric scale to measure out the amount of grams that I like in my pour over coffee pot. But I have also ordered a large kitchen metric scale, and plan to select my other meals from this website. Thank goodness there is at least one good recipe website that is metric. Love your website!
This is recipes. Without the story attached to it

This is for everybody. There are recipes here for every age group and beginners to “I been here long timers”. I love this app. I opened it and picked out a recipe. The recipe opened and it was beautiful. The long, long story about what happened when this person made this recipe was not there!!!!!!! I’m serious!!! I almost fell out in the floor. The recipe was there. I didn’t have to scroll and scroll to find it. I opened it and the recipe was there alone waiting on me. Thank you guys!!!! Y’all are awesome!!! Your app rocks!!!!

Loving the app and the option to give feedback. I’m a Brit living in the U.S. I moved from the U.K before switch to metric. I am and it is still old school here - lbs & oz & F. It would be fantastic if U.S. equivalent measurements could be provided, even if just a separate conversion chart. Thank you so much!

The new update ruined the usability of the app
CJ Jerome
The new update from early October rendered one my favorite apps nearly useless. You need to log in every time you open the app, and the app now takes you to the website which makes it difficult to use on the phone due to incessant pop ups. It’s very difficult to search for recipes on the webpage. Worst of all, you no longer are able to save favorite recipes in self-made lists. The app needs to go back to the previous version, where recipes are located simply in the app, not taking the user online. Developers need to make the search functioning more user friendly, and allow for users to save recipes to groups.

Hello,Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems with our app. We have just released a new version of the app, which should resolve these issues. Please email us at goodfoodwebsite@immediate.co.uk if you experience any more issues.Thank you,BBC Good Food team
We've made Good Food even better for our US users. A subset of recipes can now be viewed with US measurements and ingredient names — just tap the toggle above the ingredients on a recipe to switch. In an upcoming release, this feature will be applied to all recipes.
