Only a little I would change

I saw it on tiktok and was interested in finding a potential partner or a friend. What caught my attention was the easy to use platform and the wide variety of users the only bad things in my opinion would be that there aren’t to many free waves per day and the only way to connect with people is through polls maybe if a swipe feature was added like in some other apps used for similar purpose was added it would be better. I feel that it is all fair to have on a premium plan except the see who waved at you and send unlimited waves I think those should be free and maybe lower the price $5-10.

Im starting to see a trend on this app. Im not really sure if it’s true and I tried looking at reviews to see if anyone else was noticing the same thing. It’s an okay app overall. I like it. It has really good qualities and has a lot of room for improvement and I think it can’t become a great app. However, I’ve noticed a lot of profiles are VERY similar. Though every name is different and the faces and hair are different, they are weirdly similar in a way. Most of these profiles have the same views, same beliefs, and similar jobs. The most weird thing for me is that these profiles have pictures that are VERY similar in angles, colors, backgrounds, and settings. Not only that, but each one has like 3-4 pictures and no more or less than that. I’ve noticed them so frequently. I’m not sure if these are AI profiles the developers are putting into the app or they’re allowing bots into the app which would be a huge turnoff for using the app in general. If they really want their app to succeed. There should definitely be absolutely no bots allowed ever into the app. I certainly wouldn’t use an app that is full of bots or AI generated profiles.

Genuinely love the concept of this app, but the personality test at the beginning is so short that it never gives actual accurate results. It doesn’t let you retake it or select your ACTUAL personality test after you’ve already done it, and I have no desire to use a dating app where my personality is misrepresented. I’ve taken the real Myers Briggs test several times over the years and I have always gotten the exact same result consistently. Yet when I answer honestly in the app, it’s completely dead wrong. I don’t want to have to lie about my answers in order to get actual real results. I haven’t even had the chance to enjoy the app because I immediately felt misunderstood and misrepresented and lost any interest to continue. Please fix this! Give an option to just SELECT your MBTI or come up with your own personality analysis system for the app that isn’t just an inaccurate MBTI if you can’t make the test itself more accurate and thorough.

Unique and creative approach to online dating

Just as the title says very unique from the big three (tinder, hinge, bumble) with the use of AI and a personality test to help you curate your profile and matches. definitely geared towards getting people dates and finding those who are interested and compatible which is really refreshing! I also have to compliment the social media aspect it’s a cute a fun way to get the community involved in conversations and (I think) it helps curate future matches the more you engage. As a free user the strict limit of “waves” you get is definitely dissapointing I wish that like pool was a liiiiiitle bigger. It has been a fun time in the short period I’ve used it and I would genuinely recommend those on the fence, scrolling through reviews (like I was a week ago), to give it a shot!
