I had purchased the bundle package awhile ago with all of the YouCam Apps. Love the upgrades, the cartoon edits are so cute for kids! However, when I try to update them (all five apps), some are not recognizing my purchase for premium. I checked my Apple subscriptions and they’re all there but listed individually at the individual prices instead, and “restore purchase” in the apps don’t seem to work for me. I’d really like to use Enhance today for a restoration project that’s a gift for family, so any help would be greatly appreciated!Love your products and the communities you’ve built! Thank you! xoxo

Looks great but don’t like security

People need to read privacy statements on these apps and I think there wouldn’t be as many 4 and 5 star reviews. Overall the app looks terrific and really wanted to try it. When starting I went to ai lighting. It opened up my iPhone's permission setting for the app to access photos. I want to enhance 1 video, so I select “limited access”…select the 0:59 second video and go to enhance it but I can’t. The only way the app will allow me to enhance the video is if I grant this application complete access to my photo album. That is sketchy haha. Seriously think about this I downloaded this app to try it out before finding one to purchase and before even being able to try it, it’s trying to swindle complete access to my photos which is basically our lives people. By agreeing to full access it sounds just like it is. You ever take a photo outside of your house? Is the number of the house, street sign or registration (license plates) visible in the background of that photo? You take photos outside of clubs or restaurants? Are there license plates, street signs, and the businesses name in the photo? Now let’s say you live in Providence RI. Your in college so most your photos are from that city. Someone can take background info from photos and in 5 minutes find out where you spend most of your time. Then image search yours and your friends face to see if it matches any social media or linkedin pages. The US is one of the worst country’s when it comes to allowing basically any business to share any of your personal information. Why would an app need full access to my photo album when I only want to try 1 file?

I’ve used multiple different colorizing and enhancing apps and they’re all basically the same. Some may have more options than others. The colorizer did not do it for me. The de-scratcher removes things it shouldn’t. Debluring was non existent. What I didn’t like the most about this app was the enhancement feature. AI is years away from true enhancement for old photos. The enhancements with this app were awful and so fake looking. The feature enhances only the face per se. You have this fake face on normal neck skin. The lighting feature doesn’t allow to reduce lighting easily. The most annoying part is choosing your next photo. I have folders for easy location of photos yet this app makes it hard to keep having to scroll since the app refreshes, re-scroll in a hurry so the refresh doesn’t get you again. Just couldn’t find the $79 a year price tag worthy for what I need and that’s an app made for old photos. Hopefully the technology gets there.

Didn’t Get Trial Experience

Seriously when you get a trial period, and was supposed to be free, however I would up spending almost $10 for junk. Wasn’t a good experience. Then the app wouldn’t work after the first day and a half, I kept getting messages that I had purchased order and was still processing and that I needed to add my cell account info and password??? THAT DOESN’T SEEM RIGHT TO ME??Anyhow, at first I was excited that I could unblur 2 old photos, and couldn’t seem to do anymore photos to decide if I was going to pay for a subscription. However, I did try 2 moving photos, 1 for 5sec was amazing, the other I paid for for 10sec was the most horrible and horrific sight I had ever seen. This app doesn’t let you preview any what the videos are and what they do, you just have to guess and hope it comes out ok. Since I didn’t get a full 7 day trial period, and loads of frustration, I would say that if you have loads of money to spend on trial an error, then I suppose this app would be for you, it does have some entertaining aspects, but only if you have money to do whatever you wish for…. OVERALL, I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get full trial, I cannot state how much this app is worth getting since I don’t have much to go on from limited use and losing money… I Should have Read all the reviews, looked up more info, but test out for yourself if this is the photo/video generated app you would choose to use for entertainment purposes only, this is definitely not an app if you are trying to clean up old photos professionally and with proper quality.
