Saw the negative reviews but downloaded it to make the Atlantis Dubai experience easier. The two main features I liked were the ability to attach my credit card to my wristband for purchases and the ability to see where my kids last scanned. As a parent both of those made the day run a lot smoother. I had no issues.

Saw the negative reviews but downloaded it to make the Atlantis Dubai experience easier. Designer who knows better
It makes you verify OTP, but it never sends a code to your cell or email. So frustrating.

Hi Designer who knows better, we did experience some issues on the OTP, but this has been resolved and it does get sent to your mobile and email. As I see you are based from the US, I can confirm that we don't currently send an SMS for US numbers, but have the email OTP as a back up option.

Order food directly from your phone with our new mobile food ordering feature. Plus, Digital Experience Image guests can now enlarge and preview photos before purchasing.
