What would you do with an extra hour? Protect tonight, wake with purpose and make time for yourself with Yawn 2.0.
Tomorrow starts tonight.
What would you do with an extra hour?
Read a few pages. Write your book. Stretch. Or just take your time.
Yawn helps you put scrolling to bed, wake with a plan and make room for the things you love.
Protect tonight
Choose distracting apps and websites, then set bedtime protection, schedules or time limits. Protect a morning window too, so your plans have some space.
Wake with purpose
Set a simple alarm, or choose a photo mission that asks you to get up and photograph a saved item. Keep your next alarm close with a Home Screen widget.
Make time for you
Choose a personal goal or create your own, set a time and start your goal timer. Read, write, move or make something. Mark the mornings you made time, and add app protection when you want fewer distractions.
Find your wind-down
Explore sleep stories, music and sounds. Build a mix, save favourites and use an audio timer.
A soundtrack for your time
Choose morning lofi, soft piano or a gentle focus hum for reading, writing and making. Pick a track, press Play and set an audio timer.
See your progress
Follow your morning check-ins and streaks. Optionally connect Apple Health to explore recorded sleep and sleep stages, when they are available in the records you share.
Membership and requirements
Yawn works without a Yawn account. Basic alarms without a wake-up mission are available without membership. Photo missions, app protection, morning goals, the audio libraries and other Premium tools require Yawn Premium. Subscription options and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store settings.
Apple Health is optional. App protection requires Screen Time permission. Alarm sound and silencing follow iOS controls. Requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later.

Love the app, but loop function still not working on iPhone 14… have deleted and redownloaded, but still no success. Any thoughts?
it has potential

It's a pretty little app and seems like care has gone into making it. There's a lot to like: the visual appeal, good privacy of no data collected, and a wide variety of types of bedtime sounds to choose from. And I do like the green noise a lot. But lots of downsides too and at this point, definitely not worth the amount of money being asked for it. 1) Even though I have premium it keeps acting like I don't, it keeps prompting me to buy it and shows lock symbols but I can access it all. 2) No offline mode, it requires internet but at bedtime I am not connected so it's basically useless. 3) Not able to fast forward through music or audio books. 4) It looks like certain items expire so if I end up really liking something it could be taken away. 5) No search to easily find what you're looking for, just have to browse through everything until found. 6) No way to save favorites for easy access. 7) It requires a name to be given and I don't care to be called by name. 8) No explanation of the difference between the Home tab and the Discover tab. In summary: it has potential but for right now doesn't seem developed enough and is too expensive.
Great (especially for Reddit users 😉)

Shoutout to the developer of this app for having a way for people who don’t want to spend money on a sleep sound app get this. As a broke college student who needs to fix their sleep cycle I really appreciate this app. The green noise is fantastic, I’m going to check out the audiobooks later, I’ll update if there’s anything amazing or not amazing about them! The onboarding is super quick and easy. The first screen when you get in seems a little bare but go over to the discover page and root around. Thanks again for making this!
Love this app! Please keep up the great work!

Love, love(!), LOVE this app! I look fwd to experiencing it’s evolution over time. Would absolutely love to be able to favorite / heart certain sounds that I want to come back to regularly. Hats off to the developers! I thought this was an over-saturated space but I was so wrong. This is so relaxing on so many fronts! Thank you!
