I had hoped the new version of the app would finally fix the issues from the previous one, but unfortunately, the same problems continue.The app works reasonably well when booking a new flight, but the experience becomes very frustrating during check-in. If you try to add extra services — such as selecting a seat or adding baggage — the payment process frequently fails and displays an error message. In many cases, it simply does not allow the purchase to go through.This issue existed in the previous version of the app, and I was expecting it to be resolved by now. Unfortunately, it seems the problem still has not been properly addressed. A smoother and more reliable payment experience during check-in is greatly needed.

First offense: I was directed to download the app since you cannot check-in online via desktopSecond offense: When prompted to provide my documentation, the app does not allow for manual entry of my information (prefer manual entry instead of camera use)Third offense: After “checking in” (informed I was checked in but the app displays I need to check in still), boarding passes cannot be displayed but can be found under My Trips. I went to My Trips and boarding passes are still unavailable.With the advancements in technology, user interfaces are labeled as improved and easy to navigate, however, this experience was the opposite of that.

This is not the first time they’ve made me waste my time until the flights suddenly become “unavailable” even though they were clearly available when I tried to book them (I have an annual pass). The app is unreliable, disorganized, and honestly one of the worst booking experiences I’ve had.Customer service was not help at all, make me waste more then 12 hours and they just keep saying to wait and contact them later even the I told them that I only can get my ticket 24 hours before the flight.Worst airline line and customer service
With the new payment management system and a few configuration changes, you’ll be able to use the app more efficiently. Plus, you can now save your travel companions’ profiles to book faster, and if you need help, use our new smart assistant, ARI! Download the new version and book more easily.
