Dear Aritzia, I’m new to your brand. I’ve been faithful to VOURI, PRANA, and just this past year, LULU LEMON (I’m ashamed to be so mainstream, but I really like their stuff especially when I travel.) But YOU have really blown things out of the water for me. I first heard of your brand a few months ago from Taylor Frankie Paul. She apparently wears a lot of you. I bought a couple things and let me say, it was the start of a toxic love affair. Your clothes are beyond comfortable, they are my second skin. I never want to take them off. Your packaging, EPIC!!!!! I still haven’t opened the outfit I got for Christmas became it looks so beautiful, it’s something I’ll treasure for a pick-me-up on a blah day. I don’t pay extra for the perfection you deliver. You’re seriously amazing when it comes to presentation. An entrepreneur in presentation. EVERY SINGLE ORDER!!!!I love that I don’t ever pay shipping fees and the best of all… there is ALWAYS A SALE!!!!Every week I buy something from ARITZIA and I thank you for making me feel special with every order.

This app is a total scam. My cart showed discounted prices and free shipping, but after I placed the order, I was charged full price plus an extra $7.50 for shipping. That’s deceptive and unacceptable.There’s no proper way to manage or cancel the order — the “Manage My Order” section doesn’t even work. The app crashed within an hour after I placed the order. I called customer service right away, but no one answered because it was “outside of business hours.” When I called the next day, they told me I couldn’t cancel since it wasn’t done within 30 minutes. How is that even possible when the app was broken and support was unavailable?The entire system is full of bugs and feels like it was launched without any testing. Aritzia really needs to fix this — it’s misleading customers and taking money unfairly. I’ll never use this app again.

Been able to use since first day of launch and so happy that there is finally the app! My wallet may not be happy but I am!! The only thing missing is eventually having some kind of incentive or reward program. I know the sales are throughout the year but a program or maybe even a membership/subscription of some kind would definitely be an added and welcomed bonus!!
