I was laying in this game and was doing OK winning losing and winning losing. I dumped over $500 in the game and lost it and I won $115 they make you verify yourself so I use my license ID front it kept coming back telling me to redo it redo it, but they couldn’t see it because it had a little kink in my license then they came back and said to me that I violated some kind of policy of their blah blah blah, and I’m black bald all because my license wasn’t clear enough to them. Only rating this 5 stars so people will see this. After putting in $500 I ended up losing most of it and then finally hit a bonus which paid $1000. I have repeatedly attempted to redeem the money which keeps failing. This casino will NOT pay you. They will repeatedly say they follow all regulations and government requirements and operate legally and blah blah blah. It’s all a scam and they will NOT pay you. My account is verified and my payout is linking to my bank account. There should be NO PROBLEM! I have played and redeemed from dozens of other casino apps just like this one and have had no problems AT ALL EVER. This is the only casino I have played that is genuinely a scam. On top of that I played this through FreeCash to get rewards. Right after I downloaded the app and put money in, it disappeared from the FreeCash app. From reading other reviews I see this is happening to others on multiple other sites like swagbucks. This casino not only scams you and steals from you on its own site it lures you in and scams you through third party sites as well. I have already been in contact with FreeCash and they are looking into it because it is concerning to them that this is happening on their site. I will be taking legal action as well as reporting them to the FTC and BBB. Unfortunately for them I have some buddies down at the FTC. I want my money.
