FIND RESTAURANTS YOU LIKE ON OLO
National and local favorites across the U.S. with new restaurants joining all the time:
Waffle House, Kwik Trip, Church’s Texas Chicken, Noodles & Company, Dave’s Hot Chicken, BonChon, MOD Pizza, Saladworks, Nekter Juice Bar, Eggs Up Grill, Dig, Olga's Kitchen, Rush Bowls, and many more!
Just placed my first pickup order through Olo, and I’m impressed! Sign-up was effortless, the ordering experience was incredibly intuitive, and the UI/UX is among the best I’ve seen in a food ordering app. Clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed. What I appreciate most is the business model. Olo helps restaurants maintain their direct relationships with customers without sacrificing revenue to traditional third-party commissions. That’s a concept worth supporting, especially for my favorite local spots.A great first experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the platform grows. Well done, Olo team!

Hello, these are just some notes that I hope the development team and Noah see. I completely understand where Olo is coming from wanting to give restaurants a low/no DSP. But from a user perspective there is not a lot to drive users into the app. The app makes you pick at least one restaurant to follow, does not seem to have a skip option. The restaurant I picked shows no locations nearby when I click on it in my following section. Clicking on search shows the search bar at the bottom and a map. If you click search the slide comes up and shows you list options. That is how the screen should open, sending users to a map page is confusing and adds a click to the workflow. Scrolling through search and I see different locations of the same restaurant, and the default search seems to be based on distance from my location. The list results for the restaurants have a thumbnail image that is a fixed size, but you let the name of the restaurant push the width of the result making the image seem too small and it pins to the top not center. The overall design does not align with Apples Liquid Glass UI, and UX features like swiping right do not take users back a screen. I think that the most important thing though, is that users don’t care if this app is better for a restaurant owner vs another DSP. Most users think restaurants make enough money, and are using the app for time and money savings.

Loving this new Olo world where we don’t get price gouged like we do with Dash and Uber! Looking forward to app updates that build off this v1. Could def use more options to choose from, but I’m sure this will come in time!
Developer Response
Less is more, until we add more. That’s coming. Thanks for the five stars and the patience! We're looking forward to impressing you enough to win that review update! -Team Olo
Waiting for this to blow up!
감사합니다아~~~
Patiently waiting for restaurants to find this app and join! Uber eats and grub hub have monopolized the market and with their ever increasing mystery service fees, I’d rather use a service that doesn’t gouge consumers. 3 stars for now because there’s only a handful of restaurants available in my area but also 3 stars because of the ease of use on the app. No frills, simple, clear. Once more restaurants come on board and I can use the app more effectively, will re-rate!
Developer Response
We’ll hold you to that re-rate! More restaurants are joining all the time, and we’re glad the app already feels simple and clear. Thanks for the feedback and the positivity! -Team Olo
