I rarely if ever write a review for an app but in this case I must make an exception. It seems as ifHaystack has succeeded where others have failed. Once I get over the initial qualms The interface was quite intuitive and I’ve come to very much like it. I like the fact that if I want to I do have the opportunity to pick up on some local news broadcast, but what I really love is the fact that I can tune in on a live basis to international broadcasts such as Al Jazeera or DW which I find much more objective and quite frankly much more thorough than US based outlets. I think you’re doing everything right, but having said that I do have one complaint. You don’t have an app written for macOS with Intel chips. I get that you’re probably looking toward the future since Apple is no longer building their machines with those chips but it would seem to me that there’s a huge embedded base of potential customers that are being missed.

And I also got to see some channels here on Haystack News, such as Newsmax, and newsy, and so many other channels but I didn’t but there’s one channel that I didn’t find on haystack TV, and that is Wood TV8, I would also love to see 13 on your side added to haystack TV, When I first downloaded haystack TV on my iPad, I got to select the stories that are my interests, such as video game news entertainment news, so I have no bugs no problems with the app whatsoever, and I also especially have it installed on my Roku, it also works fine on my Roku, I would love to see more channels at so I love haystack TV, and I would love to see more news channels added to haystack TV such as Mac rumors and so many others, love haystack TV,

My household uses Haystack on our TV, phones, pretty much every device. However, the mobile version could take some lessons from the Roku app. On the TV, you can individually pick a news station, and scroll through every clip before selecting one to watch. On mobile, after selecting a station, you have to scroll through every video TikTok/reels style. The only place you can look through every headline (without having to load a bunch of videos) under a station is to go to “related videos”, which is not guaranteed to be clips from the station. I legitimately don’t understand why the related option exists before the option to look through all of the clips from a particular station. I also wish there was a better menu that showed *every* station you follow. This is also an issue on Roku, where only a handful of the stations you follow actually appear on the menu bar. Searching only gives you the ability to follow/unfollow. Why?

Used to love Haystack. I turn it on in the morning and get my news of the day. Also get to watch some Late Night. But after the latest update, it works different and I don’t like the change. I’ll be watching a story and it will cut out to update the stories. Be great if it went back to the story I was watching, but it doesn’t. Seems to update more than twice while I’m watching. Something has happened to the Late Night category. It used to be diverse and have lots of clips from different late night shows. These days there’s sometimes only five clips. Or sometimes there will only be clips from one show. Like I’ll only be able to watch old Conan. I’m not a fan of Conan or old shows so that’s not nice. I’ve changed settings to no avail. I used to be able to turn Haystack on and walk around either watching or just listening. Now I have to run back to continue stories or get rid of old Conan. I’m also missing the World in Photos that it used to get. All of that together means that I’m still watching it, but looking for something new.
