The app is greatBut they actually need to add live widgets in the next updates. Like when you order food, or take snapp, you really wanna know about your food or the driver’s location by looking on the lock screen without opening the appAlso sometimes it when you wanna take snapp, no driver will be found so you need to use the website

Snapp used to be a solid ride-hailing app. But ever since it tried turning into a so-called “Super-App,” it’s become cluttered, laggy, and drains your battery faster than it finds you a ride.The UI is disorganized and overwhelming, and most features outside rides and food open in slow, unoptimized web views. After all these years, the iOS version still lacks major features that are available on Android—or only accessible through a barebones web app (like shared rides). Core iOS features like Live Activities and Dynamic Island support are still missing. The app still opens the payment page in a new tab on Safari, and doesn’t support automatic OTP filling — basic stuff most other apps nailed ages ago.But the biggest issue? The app literally overheats your phone. After a few minutes of use, it feels like holding a toaster—even on devices like the iPhone 12 mini, 13, or 15 Pro. Battery drops of 10–25% are common, and in the heat of summer, it’s a recipe for second-degree burns.Snapp urgently needs less bloat, real optimization, and proper attention to iOS users. The excuse of sanctions no longer holds water—it’s just a matter of priorities and care.

It's cheap ,fast and easy to use snapp for transporting inner town .thank u for your service,but I think some of your drivers are amateur to use GPS and internet.On the other hand you should be very cautios and intelligent about your drivers and cars.At the end it's better to held training courses for them .Best regards
