What a great app and work out. I was pushed hard and saw results by day 20.
Free still good, minor gripe
The app is simple and straightforward. The plan says to do each days exercise four times but the challenge marks as complete after the first set. See no way to repeat the set. The steps are pretty easy to remember though.
Could use some additional features like date time and how long to complete each step/set.
Simple and effective
This is a very simple and easy to follow app.
