I made a deposit a few weeks ago and it went through without a problem today I made a deposit and it shows an error but it took the money out of my bank account I try to do a chat and it’s taking a long time for a response so I’m trying to figure out where is my money how can I go about retrieving it or did it go to my grandson‘s account this is very inconvenient and I’m not understanding it I guess I’ll just take my chances and Mail have my money order from now on

This is app is horrible I have been using it since the day it came out and now all of a sudden you can’t add funds to your inmates accounts. I’ve used cards with tens of thousands of dollars on them,credit cards with plenty of money one time I used 6 different cards all with more then the tiny 60$ I was trying to put on and every time it’s a error message. I’m sick of it. And sometimes it will even put your money on hold until it gets refunded do y’all not understand not every one has enough money to have their money on hold!!! They could be using some of the little bit they have left to help their loved one and you guys take it and take days to give it back. Now inmates are going weeks without canteen because people don’t know you can call and do it. You need to put out an email or a warning at the top of the page saying your app isn’t working correctly right now and not to add funds over the app. Hope the people that are doing this never go to prison or have a love one go and have to deal with what they are doing to us.

I've spent about six hours and I haven't been able to do one transaction without an error I noticed that it keeps removing my street address as soon as I try and put the payment through. Yesterday I got locked out for 24 hours long hold time for customer service and you can't do anything else but stare at your phone or you lose the connection. And this afternoon it made me start over with a whole new account I'm done tearing my hair out. Very stressful on the inmate and the family when they need these funds. Do better access !!
