Reset iPhone settings

Within a few hours of me downloading this and Acronis Mobile apps my iPhone 14 Pro had all the settings changed, my phone service with my cell phone provider was completely shut off, and instead of sending out a signal from my hot spot it started emitting a WiFi signal. It finally shut itself off, and when it restarted all the app icons and everything was super basic and very pixelated looking, and there was a lot of the iPhone software that was missing. I finally figured out a way to reset everything back to normal after hours of stress but my eSIM was still locked out so I couldn’t make calls or text. An all around really bad experience. I wish I could give this NO STARS!

Fine product. But somehow the management drop the ball. With claims that all data on a device is being backed up the Notes data is absent from the list of items offered to backup. Contacted Actonis tech Support and they confirmed it.
