Is this really from ADA?

This app does not work. I am stuck on rebuying the information and it is a never ending revolving cycle that does not open absolutely anything. I made the mistake of going to the settings and I am stuck there with no way of going back. I tried sending an email about the problem from the settings app but after writing specifics about my issue it did not go anywhere. Is this really ADA or a scam?
