**update**. On vacation and decided not to turn on the camera at night for a few days…. It’s gone from 40%to 17% …. While it’s OFF!!! That’s one I can’t figure out. Guess I won’t turn it in at all now…

I wanted a wireless camera for the backyard at night. Figured I would get something that wasn’t super expensive to see if I liked it. It’s great when it works….. however, I am disappointed that it will turn off by itself. As another person stated, it would be nice to be able to set it for a certain time like 12 hours. I turn the camera on at 7PM, check again at 10:30, but by morning it’s off. This doesn’t happen all the time but frequently. It also seems to take quite a while to load a video- even a 10 sec one. Hope things improve because this has a chance to be a super nice camera.

I don’t know what the poor reviews are about because this app has been fantastic. At least on my iPhone and iPad. The cameras are super easy to use and to change the settings. I get notifications whenever there’s motion detected. Even if it’s just a bird flying by! I read the instruction manual throughly and played around with the camera settings for about an hour before I understood how things worked. It’s really very simple and clear if you take the time to figure it out, and I contacted support when I didn’t understand something. I am super impressed with how they work and also how quick support has been responding to my questions. The video quality is amazing - daytime and night time. I am very pleased with the quality of these cameras and the price is fantastic. For anyone that has written a poor review, please contact SUPPORT because I’m sure they can help you fix your issues. I realize my glowing review might sound like I work for the company or am getting paid to write this, but I don’t! I got these cameras to help protect myself from an abusive ex. So for me they have been so important and potential lifesaver. It’s also very easy to share the cameras with a friend if needed. Which I have.

I love this app and the camera that came with it. I’ve been using it for about a year now. The motion detection is spot on and the day and night image quality is awesome. I love that it takes and save a photo of every event so that I don’t have to keep an SR card installed to look through events. I use the app to talk to my pets and it’s so cute to watch them from the app. I also love the alarm feature. It gives me a lot of peace of mind that it will alert me if someone of in my backyard and I can turn an alarm on - which is LOUD. I have a Google nest which I paid about triple for AND have a month to subscription for and this camera and app has far exceeded it’s performance in just about every way.
