2nd edit: I did, I made sure of that the first time and then I checked again to be sure. It works now obviously because I finally found the spectrum log in info but if I didn’t find that I simply wouldn’t be able to use spectrum on the app

Edit: yes I made sure the tv provider was connected beforehand. As I said before the other tv apps connected automatically after I clicked the spectrum icon, but for adult swim it made me log into my spectrum account for some reason, which was a pain because the login info for spectrum is almost never used so I misplaced the account info and had to go on a whole charade to find/fix it. Not like I’m some kind of expert but to make it easier at least on spectrum users please fix this problem and make it smoother. It should automatically log me in after I click the spectrum logo like the other tv apps do, unless there is a specific reason the adult swim app cannot do so. Anyway thanks for actually responding

having to sign in to your cable provider instead of it being automatically done when I click on the spectrum icon is unbelievably annoying and stupid. Literally every other tv app has made it incredibly easy for me, and the one channel I actually watch has me trying to dig up the lost useless account info for my charter account.

To be honest, it still sounds like you haven't allowed access to the Adult Swim app (it's working for us right now). You can be signed in to Spectrum in your Device Settings without allowing access to the app. Double-check, please.

Love Adult Swim, however the app tends to have issues on cellular/poor signal, especially with the Simulcast (generally fails to load video, and will play audio only until the phone goes to sleep). Reloading the stream generally fixes this, but some days are worse than others. Additionally I’ve been noticing a common issue lately where it states I’m not authorized by my cable provider to view content (mobile app and web). Sometimes closing the app, clearing caches, and re-logging into my cable provider works, but other times I’ve gone days where either my desktop or mobile device can’t load content. Feature-Wise, it’d be amazing to add PiP Would also be nice if you could add stream quality control to the desktop website as well, as I can get better quality by casting the mobile app to my tv than I do from my connected desktop.

Edit: issues still exist, and now new ones, to make it worse. Still no picture in place which every other streaming service seems to have managed. New issues include being unable to watch the Simulcast during your new hours, which I was looking forward to.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. For the signal issue, we recommend using a stable wifi connection for the best viewing experience. When bandwidth isn't available, your stream will default to an audio only mode like you described. We'll take a look at the other points you listed. Thank you for your time

First off I want to say I grew up enjoying Adult swim. I’ve probably seen every episode of family guy and American dad while watching the quirky and original channel. Times have changed but I still enjoy Adult Swim, as I try not to miss Toonami on Saturday’s (I especially enjoy Jojos Bizzare Adventure and One Punch Man). I happened upon the app and found it very reliable in delivering the shows I grew up with, needed to catch up on, or wanted to start watching in the first place.

The only reason there’s a star missing is because of a problem that’s recently happened, every Time I try to watch an episode, only audio will play, leaving me with a black screen or a still frame of an ad. It could be my internet, I live in the state of Alaska where our servers are made out of frozen potatoes and copper wires, but when I figure out the problem or it gets fixed, I won’t hesitate to give it 5 stars

Thank you Adult swim for making my teenage years that much better, as well as being the chill vibe of a T.V. channel the world needs.

Yeah that for sure sounds like a connection issue, which is out of our hands. (Maybe Sarah Palin could look into it?) But we thank you for the thoughtful review (We don't get many of these.)
