the main selling point is tracking your cats usage. hard to do when the box disconnects from WiFi constantly. I now cannot connect it at all it continues to say “no device found” super frustrating. when i first received the box everything was great for about 2 weeks then the issues came.
Box still works great but the app and wifi connection are irritating.

I got this for a cat with constant diarrhea she has never had a firm stool since birth and no vet has been able to cure her- she steps in her will step on it if we don’t clean right after she goes so this is a life saver. I had no issues with Wi-Fi but it will log me out and I have to log in that’s not too annoying. But my cat is super skittish so if she sees the robot cleaning she gets scared and won’t use it for a day and goes somewhere else, but that’s her personality and not any fault of this litter box. I think it’s great. It even tells you if the cat was in the box too long - warning if toileting too long- cat may be playing or having diarrhea issues. That’s very important to know that she is in the box for 2-3 minutes that is way too long.

I use this app with the Meowant MW-SC02, and it’s worked fine for the week I’ve been using it. I really like the data it shows, so I don’t have to make those calculations myself. It hasn’t disconnected or had any errors since setup. This is really helpful for me to track my cat and make sure he’s okay (he’s been FLUTD before).
The only thing is that I don’t know how delete “new cat” weight/usage readings. My cat sometimes half-steps inside, and only part of his weight is read, so the app thinks it’s a new cat. If I could delete those fake readings, that’d be great, but it doesn’t really bother me much.
