With one free download you can create your verified, reusable digital ID that opens up seamless, private identity proofing experiences in travel, social media, and select checkpoints, businesses, and venues. Your digital ID is in your hands and it’s the fastest and most private way to prove who you are, every time.
How it works:
1. Enroll your document(s). Add your verified driver’s license or passport once and access it easily in the app when you’re ready.
2. Select your service. Alaska Airlines Mobile Verify for passport verification before an international trip; Curaçao Express Pass for a seamless journey through immigration; Your Digital ID for in-person verification; notabot by IDPartner, which verifies your identity for LinkedIn and X; and the Health Pass for your COVID-19 Vaccination Record (iOS only).

Garbage
I repeatedly entered my vaccination info. Every time, it changed the dates that I'd entered to one day before the date I entered. I repeatedly erased them and re-entered the correct dates. Sure, I could abs did enter one day ahead, but when i told the devs, they just said to enter one day ahead instead of fixing this inexcusable glitch. There's a button for entering boosters. But, of course, it's grayed out and doesn't work, forcing you to back out several screens. Plus, the vaccination card you already photographed? You have to take another picture of it every time you document a booster. Does the develop team bother to test? Obviously not. Scanning for the chip in the passport is a disaster too. Count on 5-10 minutes. Not that you could just enter your details manually according to their supposed update of their app to permit that. I didn't see where to enter passport info manually. I wasted enough time with the vaccine nonsense and finally getting the passport chip to scan. If they can't make an interface that doesn't require end users to drill down to find where to manually enter passport info, I’m not going to waste more time trying to find it. After 5 selfies of me wearing the same shirt in my passport photo, it rejected the selfie and timed me out for 24 hours. Avoid.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using the Airside app and appreciate the opportunity to assist. As a temporary fix for the vaccination service, set the date to one day after the correct date so it will reflect the accurate vaccination date. After entering your first shot, tap Confirm and Continue, then Confirm, then tap Add a Shot --no need to go backwards! The additional photograph required for subsequent boosters accommodates those who have multiple vaccination cards.
The manual entry option included with version 3.18.2 is offered during the MRZ scan, which occurs right before the NFC chip read. At the bottom of the "Scan your passport" screen where it says "Enter Manually," you can tap that to enter your information.

Worst app ever;don’t bother to use it
In order to board an Alaska Air flight we suddenly had to prove our identity using the Airside app. We spent hours trying to upload our passport info, drivers license and shot records. What a total waste of time. The instructions to scan our passports were ridiculous. Over and over we input our info, using the scan feature and trying to add the info manually. After many hours we finally gave up. Don’t waste your time, just stop at the check in counter and save yourself the grief. If I could, I’d give the app a -5.
Useless
I just wrote to Alaska asking why they use an app with a 1-star overall review. Technology wise I had no problem entering my information, but the app is useless if I have to have the passports manually reviewed for the rest of my party (my kids) because the app is designed to only allow one profile. Complete waste of time.
