Always bugs which take forever to be fixed
I don’t know what is the problem with them but it really seems like they need new programmers. There are simple issues like people are not able to login or people are not able to switch to another device and you’ve been told by the support that they will be updating a system and by next week there should be a new working version However the next week to situation will be the same. The support will always send you links to videos which don’t show the reality and are useless. Therefore the system is very unreliable and I would not recommend anybody to switch to Alice.
The app doesn’t seem to sync up with the website version, tickets made on the website aren’t showing up on the app on my iPad. Is this a problem that will be fixed soon?

Very user friendly
The app eliminates all need for pen and paper for the staff. A Messy operation communication is completely transformed into a one stop shop for all departments. The desktop version is such a great tracking and dispatch system and the app is a user friendly workflow manager for being on the floor. Absolutely love it.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
