BodyFit is free to download but ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. All customers are eligible for a free 7-day trial to work out, begin weight training, or assess their overall fitness after the initial subscription.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account on the eighth day from a selection of a subscription program. Subscription renews automatically unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There's no increase in price when renewing.

You can cancel auto-renew and manage your subscription at any time by adjusting your iTunes account settings. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Supper cool me ,

Great app could be better

Let me start out by saying the videos and workout plans are way worth the price. Prior to covid I would pay about $1,500 for 20 personal training sessions with a master trainer at 24hr fitness. The videos and trining programs on here out beat what I was doing with 24hrs fitness. However, since we now live in an app based lifestyle and you have to pay for the app, it would be greatly beneficial if the developers would integrate their workouts with other apps like “My Fitness Pal” by Under Amour to track my calories and protein intake since that app does great at keeping track of it. Also, there is no place to track what weights you used or the number of reps for each exercise. It would be great to be able to track if you’re getting stronger or know if you’re at the same weight and go on from there. Over all, it’s a very good app and it’s way worth the cost but much improvement is needed.

Please Add History to Superset Context

I wanted to love this app after using the BodySpace app for years. The workout programs are prevalent. I found a great one within my first few minutes and have loved it so far. In years of weightlifting I realized the key to improvement is beating your previous lifts. Meaning, you’re constantly looking back at the last time you did the particular exercise to try and improve. The BodySpace app did this really well, you could tap on the lift within the workout context and immediately see the last lifts with dates. The BodyFit app also has this capability, but only for singular lifts. If you’re doing a superset, which in my experience is 70% of my workouts, you have to navigate all the way out of your workout to the Home Screen to see history. This ends up being something like tapping back 4-5 times, navigating to the exercise log, searching the lift, and finally tapping on the lift to see previous lifts. Then after you’re done that and memorized the previous weight and reps, navigate out of the exercise log, back to the dashboard, back to your workout, track workout, then back to the specific set you were on. The whole process takes way too much time and often you forget if you’re doing a giant set. Please just add the previous workouts to the supersets context where I can tap on the lift and see history. This is a five star app otherwise.

If you ever need app support forget it

I have been using the BodyFit for several years. Let’s start with the bad since I’m currently frustrated because the app is stuck on load screen. There are some definite bugs. First and foremost occasionally the app just doesn’t load. It gives error messages to check connection when all other apps function just fine. When this happens forget trying to get help. It’s a frustrating automated “live” chat that has yet to ever help me resolve a problem. The phone sends you directly to an automated chat they call “live” or email that takes sometimes days to get resolution for. I’m sitting at the gym as I write this and the app won’t load. So…..I have no way to access the workout plan I’m paying for. Very frustrating! I have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried every crappy support option they provide, and tried several different internet connections.

When the app does work, it will crash if you take a picture with your phone. It doesn’t know what a drop set is, it loses history of prior training records. When you click the history sometimes it gives a notice that you have no history even though you did that exercise the week before.

I do like the workout plans, many of which were free on BodySpace and have. The potential for this app is good, But this app needs a lot of work!
