Description
AlphaTouch enables you to see live video of who is visiting you before you answer the call. When a visitor to your building calls you from the AlphaTouch panel at your front door or lobby you will get a notification on your phone. You then have the option to answer or ignore the call. You can also easily unlock the door from the app to let your visitor in the building.

Needs improvements
1. The volume on bell ringer should be able to go higher or lower. Currently it’s too low. 2. The call drops when you switch from using phone to alpha touch. There should be a function to allow you to reconnect when that happens. Not user friendly. 3. Calls are no longer coming into my app instead delivery calls are coming into my home office home which I don’t have access to allow person entre. This system needs many improvements.

Is there anyway to simply view the lobby?
Great just needs one new feature…
Works great and love the app. However if the iPhone is locked, and a call comes in- the call is dropped and cannot buzz the person in if you manually open the app. Please update so when phone is locked and call comes in, the app opens up automatically, or call ring time is extended so we can open the app and still buzz the person in. Works great when phone is unlocked because I can open immediately and buzz them in.
