Unable to view my results. App is not intuitive. Selections as a patient are limited to two (2) and they do not match the name or description of the entity I went to. Toggled between the two (2) just to see if it would take my info. Was able to enter name first and last name, but keyboard on mobile device (Apple with latest OS) disappears so I was unable to enter my birth date. I then typed it in the proper format using another source, copied and pasted it into the birth date field (no spaces before or after text), but that failed as well. Message, “No records found.” I am able to view my records online from my desktop and laptop with no issues. Please check your change logs as a recent change may have had impact to the functionality of the tool. OR perhaps it’s a compatibility issue with the new Apple OS(?)

I was recently told at my doctors office this is how to retrieve my most recent ultrasound photos. This is not an easy app if you haven’t been briefed on how to use it. I’ve tried typing in the MRN number and nothing shows up. I’ve tried using my name. Still nothing. I was given the link through the doctors office to use so I went through there even after confirming they had finished completed for the study and the doctor signed off, still can’t access the photos. Very upset. I just want the pictures of my baby so I can have them in my book and remember these moments as positive rather then struggle with difficult technology.

As a medical professional in imaging whose hospital system has switched to this app, I can say it is awful to use. The user interface is horrible and even difficult to see with white on white initial splash page. When asked to filter studies, it has stopped allowing me to choose which list to limit the search to. Cannot search by any data other than name or MRN. Cannot search studies by type or date or location even. This app needs very serious work and shouldn’t be used by healthcare systems until that work is complete.
