You must have a MyChart account to access MyChart features. You can create a MyChart account in the OhioHealth app. Your doctor may have provided you with an activation code during your last outpatient office visit; however, a code is not required to create an account.
Currently, MyChart features are available only for OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.

Very User Friendly
My Wife, and I wanted to say how user Friendly this site is. All the information at our fingertips. We are certainly lucky to have people in the system respond to our questions. Dr Haynes, who is my Primary Care Doctor, has been excellent in her communications with us. Always quick to answer our question and take appropriate action. We are certainly blessed to have such a caring Doctor watching over me and my Health problems. Everyone we have dealt with in the Ohio Health System has been great. Thanks again Curt & Myra Jago
App needs work
The billing section of the app is in desperate need of an update. It’s very difficult to get to where you actually make a payment. It’s also tricky in what it wants you to pay. The amount listed is what you owe Ohio Health entirely then there is a payment button under that amount then under the payment button it shows your statement amount if you’re on a payment plan. But when you click the payment button it lists the entire amount owed, then it lists a certain percentage they would like you to pay, then there is an option for paying any amount you would like. It does not give you the option to pay the statement amount agreed upon with customer service/the amount in the monthly statement. The app makes it very easy to question if you’re paying the wrong amount wether it be too much or not enough. Basically the app is not aligned with what’s happening with the call center/payment plan. So I end up having to call to make my payment to feel confident that the correct amount was payed.
Suggesting a change in messaging format
I like the app and appreciate the ability to send messages to my team. I would like to suggest an edit though. When sending messages, there is a “done” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you hit that done button instead of the lower done button that is attached to the keyboard your message goes away. It’s very annoying because you type the whole message and it goes away without even confirming that you want to delete what you typed. Please say there’s a way to change this so I don’t have to keep rewriting my messages. It would make more sense for the upper right done button be what you click to send the message.
