By far the best binaural entrainment!
I’ve tried entrainment apps from about half a dozen different companies. They’re all ok, but force you to listen to their music, or their nature sounds grate on you quickly, or you can’t change the volume level of each component. Ananda fixes EVERYTHING. You can enable or disable individual sounds. You’re never forced to listen to something someone else thought was relaxing but you don’t. And every part is always just as loud or quiet as you want it to be. ...and then there’s the INCREDIBLE entrainment! I have found no other app that starts the frequencies and pitches closer to where you are and then slowly shifts you into the state it wants and even (depending on the program) shifts you back. It’s a MASSIVE improvement over the other options I’ve found. Plus, you can easily set the session to be exactly as long or short as you want or have time for. I recommend Ananda to everyone I meet who is looking for something even close to what it provides and I’ve never heard a bad review. You owe it to yourself to snag this one immediately.

Wow! Really Wonderful
I’ve tried other “meditation” apps before and they were okay. But nothing that really did much for me and definitely nothing that kept me intrigued enough to come back. I’ve tried meditation over the years, off and on without much success. My mind always tended to wander too much and I just couldn’t stay interested to continue meditating. As what I would consider an amateur at it, I have to say, I’m really blown away by Ananda. All I can say is, it felt like it transported me to another place and I was completely immersed. My head felt weightless and I had an out of body experience. I don’t know if it has to do with the binaural beats, or the subtle sounds, whatever it is, I didn’t have to “think” about meditating, it sort of just helped me get there without any effort. The greatest thing, is that the hardest thing for me is to shut my mind off, and outside noises off. It helped me do that and I didn’t even see it coming. I’m definitely impressed, and highly recommend this. What a great app. Who’d ever think and app could help you relax!
Great app. Very helpful
I have sleeping problems, and there’s 3 different sounds I can choose that put me to sleep easy and each one gives me different types of dreams, so every night I can choose if I want to dream of something emotional in my life, or something that has never happened but I can try to make meaning of, or just something far out and cool. I won’t say I can choose what the dream is about though.
Also, the attentive sound helps me with studying. I’ve never been able to read more than a few pages of a book without my mind wandering off or falling asleep, but I played that sound and learned a whole lesson of Japanese that took an hour and a half from a textbook I bought without getting sidetracked or tired one time.
I really can’t think of anything else that it could have other than a stress relief sound or a hypnotic sound that would help with quitting smoking or drinking. But at the same time I’m not an expert so I don’t know if you can even do that

Thanks for the feedback. Glad that you enjoy Ananda. While quitting smoking or drinking is a great endeavour, I wouldn't rely on binaural beats for this. There are better apps to track and change your habits :)
