Description
Keep track of your mental wellbeing with our handy Anxiety Log Journal.
Track your anxiety levels with this anxiety and mood tracker. Many people with anxiety find it helpful to keep a regular diary of their thoughts and feelings. When it comes to personal well-being, one’s mood plays an important role in determining energy levels, where the attention is focused, and the actions taken.
The simple act of putting negative thoughts on a phone can sometimes even diminish their power and make them feel more manageable. But journaling can also help you look for the (sometimes subtle) patterns in your reactions. If you suffer from generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, stress, or any other anxiety disorder, or if you're prone to frequent panic attacks or anxiety attacks, this anxiety tracker can help you gain more insight to your anxiety levels and day to day mood, stress, and happiness.

Ratings and Reviews
Not bad
Basically a simple app that does what I need. Not only can I track my episodes of anxiety but the fields in the log help remind you to do something about it, not just sit there and endure it.
But there are two items that really need fixing. First of all, it apparently is connected to a spell checker because it underlines things that are misspelled. Great. But please connect it to the auto-correct functionality!! My thumb typing isn’t that good. So I’m having an anxiety episode and I then have the aggravation of continually backing up to fix typos so it’ll be legible!
Also, there needs to be a warning message if you’ve started a log entry and then mistakenly leave the page. Twice, I’ve had a full entry done and accidentally swiped to the right and poof! It’s gone!
Fix those two aggravations and it’ll be a decent app!
Fix the Dates!!!!
Would like to give this 5 stars but the dates are off. When I go to record todays anxiety, the date is not for today, it is for tomorrow. I cannot send note to developer - looks like you can, but once to navigate to that page it has no Avenue to contact her directly. I will be searching for a different app as this information is very important to share with my medical team and I need it to be accurate. I see that there have been complaints about the date issue going back 2-3 years so it appears that the developer does not care to remedy.
Can data be backed up ?
I love this app two much and it’s the best tracker I’ve seen so far. I have two issues though, I have not figured out if this can be backed up to the iCloud and if it isn’t then there’s a chance I could lose all my data. The second is that there is no way bar to track the amount of time for panic / anxiety attacks.
