The best around!
I love this app, and especially like that it’s an answer to how most people do business nowadays. I’ve had the same customer base for years and would get cash tips every once in awhile. But after I started using Applause, I’ve receive me way more in tips in the last 6?months than I did in the previous 6 years.

Ratings are false
Your NPS score drops lower and lower when you get more and more 10 NPS ratings. They don’t show you anything lower than a 9 NPS, so you can’t see what your dissatisfied customers have to say so you can improve. I’m 100% convinced the NPS Total score is manipulated. I’m not a fan of this at all, it is definitely flawed.
