F****** LOVE this app! Holds just about everything and soon to hold computer items! I wish there was a way to be able to see which items are already saved into an album when I go to my main areas with all the photos. Support could you let me know if this is in the works or can be done??

Good way to back up photos so can delete from phone

But there is one issue which make four instead of five stars. If you accidentally (or deliberately but change mind) delete a photo from Asurion Photos, which sometimes happens if I delete wrong one, there is no way to get it back in Asurion Photos. There should be a way to force reupload of photos to Asurion from iPhone. Otherwise it’s a good app. I have four times my phone’s storage in photos, in Asurion photos. I delete off my phone and keep there. Another wish would be for photos to delete off the phone but stay in their folder on Asurion. The photos stay on the backup but I lose their being in that folder unless I go in and try to find by date and force a cloud folder which is a pain to do instead of just keeping the folder name I had before I deleted it off my phone to make room.

The app also has a 'Free Up Space' feature that deletes the photos from your phone while they are safe in the cloud. We would love for you to check it out. This app is very slow. I would not recommend using this app if you have a lot of photos and videos. When opening the app, the photos and videos do not load. You scroll and its only blank boxes where the photos and videos should be and you have to wait for each and every photo to load. I never had this issue with Google Photos or any other photo backup app.When I first got this app, it offered unlimitied photos which is what pulled me in. Then early 2023, they said unlimited photos were going away and said you could either download an archive of all your photos or purchase a monthly plan of $27 a month to keep the unlimited photos. Very unreliable and pricy for unlimited photos when other, big name apps, offer way cheaper alternatives. I regret using this app and would recommend anyone interested in downloading this app to stay away and use a more reputable service. I never used their other services but I can imagine all their products are slow and unreliable. Stay away.
