Malfunction

I liked this app until my last experience. I was in a competition but on my last shot my system froze and I was prevented from aiming. Thus losing after two 10 point shots. I am writing this here when I would rather write directly to the company in the hope that they will correct this glitch.

Best archery game

I love this game because of its reality and smoothness. But I’m confused about many things like how do you progress through stages. There should be at least a modicum of instructions on game play but seems to be none whatsoever.
Also my ranking has gotten stuck at 4864. New points are not added to my ranking. The number ins like its adding new points on but then the number reverts to 4864. Whats up with that?
I dont use facebook. But it seems thats the only way to contact app support to ask questions. Whats up with that also?

Great game, just as fun and faster gameplay as the last.
And I’ve made friends and buddies in this game and rematched over and over but then when one of us finally takes the last win because we used all silver (earned in game) we can even say sorry, bye, you won, or even an emoji. Please change, I love this game.
