Description
Monitor and control your alarm system from anywhere in the world when using a Rhino alarm panel or a Falcon communicator with selected third-party alarm panels.
The ArmME app allows you to be in control and aware of whatever is happening at your home or business even when you’re not there.
With the ArmME app, you are easily able to:
- Arm, disarm or stay arm different areas of your home as set up by the technician
- Receive alerts when the alarm is triggered and know where on your property the intrusion occurred
- Check whether your alarm system is armed or not
- Open or close your gate or garage door and switch your lights, sprinklers and pool pump on or off
- See if there is AC power or not at your place
- Identify the different areas or partitions of your home by uploading photos and customising area and zone names
- Access a history of events via the event log
- Bypass specific zones, when in use, to prevent triggering an alarm

To access the above features and more you have to be using a Rhino 68, 816, 232 or 832 alarm panel or a Falcon communicator which is connected via the serial port to one of these third-party panels:

False alarms
I keep getting false alarms saying I lost supervision of a zone that is not even configured. This alarm keeps going off every 5 minutes and restores almost immediately. This is exceptionally frustrating. I had the installers of the system recheck the configuration and there is no errors. The physical alarm system does not have any errors, which means this must be driven by a fault on the app. Super annoying and is causing the entire app to be non-functional because I have to switch off notifications.
AWFUL
ArmME seems to get worse by the day. I am on a fibre line ( so you can’t tell me it’s cellular) and it takes up to 10 minutes to update. Just now at least an hour after we tested our alarm a whole lot of alerts came through.
It’s clear your servers can’t cope or the number of concurrent sessions can’t cope. Whichever the case it’s getting worse not better. Didn’t think it could.

Frustrating!!!
I don’t understand why the app kicks me out and then says my login details are incorrect. I request to reset the password then the OTP is never sent! This is annoying! Please fix it!
