Not able to find saved form!

After filling it out, I can not find the confirmation number!

Developer Response ,

Hello! Once you submit your travel information within 48 hours before your departure date and time, the confirmation number will immediately display underneath your submission summary. After you leave the app, you can find your confirmation number again by clicking the prompt at the top of the main screen which says “View your Entry into Canada Code.” Please email phac.arrivecan.aspc@canada.ca if you cannot find it there.

Worked as it was supposed to

I filled in my details and submitted it within 48 hrs of my entry. In the app, I had entered that I would be crossing via the ambassador bridge at Detroit-Windsor, but when I got to the bridge, police had closed it down. So I went to the tunnel worried that I wouldn't get across because the port of entry would be wrong.
The officer at the tunnel crossing was able to pull up my details from my confirmation number no problem, and entry was super easy.
The only issue is that, after submitting my quarantine plan, the app told me to come back in 48 hrs and report my health status. This doesn't appear to be working. Upon starting the app, it asks for details of a new trip. So, down 1 point.

Hello. We are glad that you had a positive experience with the app overall. I will definitely flag this issue to my team. If you have time, can you please send us an email at phac.arrivecan.aspc@canada.ca with a screenshot of what you see when you return to the app to try and report your health status? Thank you very much.

Much Better. Everything Worked This Time

The first time we used the app there was no way to generate the required “token” without wifi/data at the border. We reported this. The app and procedure has been adjusted so that now a confirmation number is generated at the time the info is submitted so you arrive at the border with your details already submitted so CBSA can retrieve. This sped up the process immensely and worked perfectly.

Thank you for listening and responding to improve the functionality of the app and the overall user experience.

Developer Response ,

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is also possible to fill in the form 48 hours after you've arrived when you may have a better internet connection.
