ArtManager 9.10.0 brings a redesigned Aging Report with a new Dashboard view that gives you an at-a-glance overview of your entire inventory's age distribution. Four summary cards show your total piece count, portfolio value, average collection age, and largest aging bucket. Below that, an adaptive grid of bucket cards adjusts to your screen size and shows each age range's count, value, share of inventory, and a color-coded progress bar. A new distribution bar chart visualizes all six aging buckets side by side so you can instantly spot where your inventory is concentrated. Tap any bucket card to drill into its artworks and see full details including thumbnails, pricing, artist, and location. The Pie chart view has also been improved — selecting a slice now requires a deliberate tap, so moving your mouse or scrolling no longer accidentally changes your selection. This makes it much easier to browse through artworks after selecting an age bucket. The help system has been updated with comprehensive documentation covering both the Pie and Dashboard views.

The Art Library on iPad and Mac now features smarter sorting and grouping. Sort by Date to automatically group your collection by Year or Year & Month — a secondary picker lets you switch between the two. A new Sort by Status option groups artworks by their current status (Available, Sold, etc.) with section headings and item counts. The sort bar now offers four options — Name, Location, Date, and Status — all with ascending/descending support. In-app help documentation has also been updated with a new What's New section for tracking release notes.
