This is the perfect solution for how I want to be able to communicate with my doctor and review prior conversations. This is the type of customer service that my family looks for and lives!

This is only for billing info, and to communicate to office (email, text which needs no app). I understand this might help the OFFICE by reducing phone calls, and for them to have updated credit card info for them to get payment - but gives patient zero access to labs, chart notes, test results, medication list, etc… Sorry folks but this is behind what most other offices offer and I’m paying monthly fees for this, yet nothing for other offices that actually provide access to my own health information.

Communicating with your doctors office shouldn't be the difficult. Now it doesn't have to be. Can contact your doctor from the app, pay bills, see past invoices, and make appointment requests.

App requires me to select whether or not to permit biometrics usage before the app can be utilized, but there is no way to approve my selection — the button is offscreen and impossible. Utterly maddening and horrible interface.
