Payment issue

App and website didn’t allow me to pay and didn’t process autopay on selected date.

*Update: fyi if customer has an agency change, policy must be deleted off the account and then added back to pick up new agency and allow payment function, even if policy number hasn’t changed. This is not done automatically and that’s why I was unable to make payment.

Please add “export / print” capability

I looked all over for a method to print my “Proof of Insurance” document so that I could put into car as required. Please consider adding the ability to export, save, or print the pdf documents. I am using the iOS app. Other than that, I found the app useful and easy to access now that fingerprint/face recognition has been added.

Worst app I have

This app literally never opens up but just keeps spinning. I use Touch ID for logging in and always sign out when I am done. It always says OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG and to refresh the app. It doesn’t say how to refresh the app. I usually have to shut my iPhone off and back on. It may take several times of doing this until it finally decides to open up. I would hate to have this happen if I was pulled over or in an accident and needed to show proof of insurance.
