Update payments
Please update transactions as PAID .... remove them from pending status once they have been paid ! Also , pharmacies in other countries ? They are still pharmacies ... they should fulfill all requirements and payments should not be denied. The drugs are the same as if purchased in America ...
What????
I recently signed up for an AvidiaHealth account and downloaded this app. It is amazingly difficult and unintuitive to use.
For example, I’m trying to make a deposit into my HSA account from my checking account, and have spent over an hour trying to find a way on both this app and the AvidiaHealth website — no luck. The only thing I can find — and it’s quite obscure — is a form I can fill out and send VIA SNAIL MAIL along with a paper check. C’mon, let’s enter the 21st century, folks.
Similarly, the app informs me that I need to validate my account, yet gives no instructions on how to do so. Huh?
The app really needs work if it’s to be a useful tool.
Can’t sign in
Made an account and then tried signing in, but log in fails each time. Very frustrating.
