The App is a good way to access your account on a mobile device, but like the website, it is sometimes difficult to navigate and lacks the polish of other modern applications.

Update payments

Please update transactions as PAID .... remove them from pending status once they have been paid ! Also , pharmacies in other countries ? They are still pharmacies ... they should fulfill all requirements and payments should not be denied. The drugs are the same as if purchased in America ...

I recently signed up for an AvidiaHealth account and downloaded this app. It is amazingly difficult and unintuitive to use.For example, I’m trying to make a deposit into my HSA account from my checking account, and have spent over an hour trying to find a way on both this app and the AvidiaHealth website — no luck. The only thing I can find — and it’s quite obscure — is a form I can fill out and send VIA SNAIL MAIL along with a paper check. C’mon, let’s enter the 21st century, folks. Similarly, the app informs me that I need to validate my account, yet gives no instructions on how to do so. Huh?The app really needs work if it’s to be a useful tool.

Who cares dude $
Immediately forgets the password you just reset it to and having to repeat the process over and over again. Infuriating when you are trying to pull up your information but can’t even get logged in. Face ID? Forgets that too. Absolute joke of an app that is critical when needed.
