Great concept but if you are not currently working for an agency that uses axxess, you won’t be able to use the pick up extra visit feature.
I started performing visits on AxxessCare about 3 weeks ago. This is a great app! I loved getting paid 2 and 5 Days after completing my visits. I did have to call a few agencies to get report and would like to see a reporting feature added. Some agencies are really great with messaging. Being able to start my navigation to the patient, documenting my visit in the home on the app and having the patient to sign us super easy. Please include the ability to complete the woundcare on the app soon.
This app is crap!!
I have been trying to sign up for visits for over 3 weeks and I keep getting an error message stating my account needs to be verified before I can apply for visits. This is a KNOWN problem because I called and the customer service stated it was. They told me to wait a couple of days and it should be fixed. I have called back 3 times and I have gotten the same BS answer and also left a message with no call back. You would think this would be a priority since the more nurses that’s cover shifts the more agencies would use the service. Looks like I am going to have to look for something else since customers ARE NOT the priority here.
