Stop overthinking. Start clarity.
Backsie helps you reframe what's
stuck in your head — in minutes.
Feeling stuck in your head? Backsie helps you get unstuck — without therapy.
- Talk it out — share what's looping in your mind and get a fresh perspective instantly.
- Insight Cards — AI-generated reframes and next steps, saved for when you need them.
- Mental Checkpoints — snapshot how you're feeling and track real progress.
- Pattern View — spot your recurring thought loops and break them with one doable action.
Backsie is built on agentic AI designed to help you reflect effectively — not just chat. Your privacy is a core promise. Your data is never sold or used to train AI models.
Backsie is free to use, with monthly limits. Backsie Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription at $7.99/month in the US (prices vary by region), with a free 2-week trial for new subscribers. Pro raises your monthly allowance for Insight Card unlocks, read-aloud and screenshot understanding to 10x the free plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
