Reduced functionality

This update forces the entry of an address before allowing the selection of a photo; bad change as the address info often on the photo which would then auto populate the address. This version does not auto track requests; bad change as one must now enter the request number. Also some difficult to read font choices; very small and white font on orange background. Of personal note, I preferred the old look with the city flag pic to this bare look. This version does have better selections of service type.

Try it out for City services

Most of the ratings I’ve read relate to versions prior to the current version 6. The whole point of having an app is that the City recognizes that most residents use mobile devices in their daily lives: we aren’t usually at a computer when we run into a concern that we would like the City to address.

As an employee of Baltimore City, I've found the City’s 311 mobile app to be an incredibly useful tool for addressing community concerns efficiently. Whether it's reporting potholes, requesting trash pickup, or notifying the city about a fallen tree limb, the app is user-friendly and responses from City agencies are prompt. It's made a noticeable difference in how quickly issues are resolved in. I think the mobile app is a must-have for anyone living in Baltimore who wants to contribute to the well-being of our community!

It’s really not complete!!

Best app in town. Only thing wrong is when you put a request in because the grass so high is over your shoulders and rats, and mice and snakes and other creatures and trash and used tires and used condoms and cans and couches and fridges and debris there and you just want to get it cleaned and mowed and the city owns the lot because they demolished the house they could have fixed up there.. it says complete and you run look at the lot and nothing is done. It should say complete when its really complete. The last person should enter complete after verifying it’s been cleaned, cleared and mow, not the first person in housing who sees and just passes it along. Y’all need to stop that or fix that!
