Really helps me slow down and savor
I am trying to be more mindful with my eating habits and this timer app helps me do just that. Unlike standard timers, you can set the “eating” times and “break” times to different intervals. So, for example, I can take 1 minute of eating time and a 30 second break. There are two things I wish this app had:  an option to have a meal less than 15 minutes long (I have yet stretch out eating a bowl of cereal to a full 15 minutes) and  a record of all the meals I’ve timed, including the intervals, length of time, and the time of day. It would just be nice to have a history to see what progress I’ve made or things I need to change.
App just ok
The app is ok, but I don’t think it deserves $2 purchase.
