Description
BDO Pay is BDO's e-wallet app that gives you more ways to pay every day!
BDO Pay is the everyday e-wallet app that offers a convenient way to make payments through features like Scan to Pay, Send and Receive Money, Pay Bills, Split Bill, and more.
With BDO Pay, you can choose which payment source to use for each transaction you make: BDO Debit Card, Credit Card, or Deposit Account.
Once signed up, you'll find all your existing BDO Accounts and Cards reflected in the app. Feel free to link or unlink accounts/cards that you don't wish to use with it.

Forced to use a nonworking app
They disabled the functionality of the old app to force users to use the new app but the new app is not working. Just when you need the app. Not a good start!
Sent Online Payment Twice
Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response.
No Stars
First thing that pops up after I logged in and my device is registered successfully is “Open a BDO Account”. This new app doesn’t recognize the fact that my phone has the old app, and have been using it for years now.
