Bed Control 4+

This app does work with my Nectar adjustable bed frame. It raises the head and feet with 2 speeds which is nice and you can just tap on the head or feet to adjust separately or can tap both to adjust at the same time. The only problem I have with it is the favorite positions. When you find the position you like and save it, the app does not save as it either goes in the opposite direction you saved it or goes up too much or too low. It never works. When I saved a position I like to sleep in the app raised the head all the way up which was not the position I saved it in. The app developer need to fix that as it is a very convenient way to get into certain positions but it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. Please fix it.

This app could be a lifesaver. Replacement bed remotes for SERTA run$135+ so I was thrilled to find this app. The dual head/foot rise or lower functions work, but the app does not support individual section moves. I’ve tried the single up/down arrows along with selected components on the bed visual, but the function does not work. Are there any plans to release a fixed version for this? I’ve seen similar reviewers experience and report similar challenges. Please and thank you!

Hi, we are aware of this issue. Please try reconnecting the bed. When selecting the dual bed, you should need to go through the pairing process twice (once for each side of the bed). We have seen issues where the app skips the second pairing process. Best Regards, LINAK A/S

I found out on another website that this app can be used with the Nectar branded adjustable bed. Setup was straightforward and I am able to control the bed. It works well as an extra remote to the standard white remote that comes with the bed.

A few tips:
1. If you have favorites you like on your standard hand remote, you’ll need to adjust the bed using the app and save them into your favorites.
2. When the app is connected to the bed, the hand remote will not work. This should be fairly obvious, but wanted to note it in the case you have a split king.

The only suggestions that I have for the app is that it should have pre-programmed settings for “TV mode” or “Zero Gravity
“ mode. It is a little silly that the app did not have these two options precanned and ready to go by default. I was able to replicate the settings in the app and save them.
