If you could have the app stop playing the meditations after a single track that would be ideal since I would rather not have it keep talking after I fall asleep. If this could be implemented then it would be an easy 5 star app

Perfect app for Relaxation
I love this app. It's the perfect way for me to relax in the evening and wake restful the next morning.
I have started using the Pain Management evening beditation. I suffer from severe chronic pain and am always looking for something that can help. This beditation helps to acknowledge, focus on and try to change your pain. It's not a long meditation which is perfect for me, sometimes my concentration is not the greatest or I'm too exhausted to listen to long meditations. I have found that by the time it's over I am in a more relaxed state and am better able to sleep. This is a technique I have been working on with a therapist so to be able to do this every evening I find I am better able to focus on my pain during the day and make small changes in the way I feel. I think that using this over time could be very helpful with my pain management. I will definitely continue using this on a nightly basis.
The app is very easy to use. I love the new video section, the videos are beautifully done and the meditations are interesting and varied. This app has a ton of content and offers the most I have seen on a meditation app. I have never had any problems going in and out of the app or making any changes to any part of it. I recommend this app all the time!
T-H-E Best app out there for those of us who may experience sleep issues, anxiety, restlessness and the like. If you need a way to escape from all of your tumultuous thoughts of the day, here is the absolute perfect way to declutter. This app targets a variety of specific issues we all seem to face and I could not think of a better way to slip into the tranquil state that we all deserve after a long, sometimes exasperating, day. Waking up to the serene guided mediation really sets the stage for a much more positive tone to your day. I find that waking up this way is so much more welcomed than the dreadful alternative of sirens ablaze. It allows you to start the day with a smile and who doesn't like that feeling? I feel that I have a so much more deliberate sense of self after this short period with the app. Isn't that what we are all chasing anyway? Bottom line, I highly recommend this app and feel that everyone who tries it will have the ability to benefit in some way. Hands down 5 Stars and 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!!
